Forbes Names Haier Smart Home Among World’s Best Employers for 2024

Haier Smart Home, a subsidiary of Haier Group, has been named one of Forbes’ World’s Best Employers for the eighth consecutive year. This prestigious accolade underscores Haier’s leadership in global human resource management and highlights the success of its RenDanHeYi management model, which promotes mutual value creation and shared success between employees and the company. 

The 2024 ranking, jointly compiled by Forbes and market research firm Statista, is based on anonymous surveys of more than 300,000 employees from over 50 countries and regions. This year’s list features 850 companies from 48 countries, including 45 from Mainland China.
